When will my order be delivered?
Hong Kong: around 2-3 working days. Overseas: around 5-18 working days.

Do you provide shipping to other countries?
Yes. We provide international shipping.

For international shipping, the shipping depends on the weight of your purchased products. You may need to pay for the import duty, tariff or any local business tax if custom required. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?
If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package. 

Does GUBONCHO Official Online Store provide invoice or receipt?
We do not provide a physical invoice and therefore, no invoice will be mailed to your billing address nor included in your order. We will send out e-invoice to your email address.
