What is your refund and exchange policy?
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES ON CERTAIN ITEMS. 
Products must be returned in new condition (cannot be returned once opened) Exchange within 7 days after receiving or purchasing the products. (Exchange can be refused after 7 days Period). Receipt or Online shop invoice is necessary while exchange. Shipping costs or any related fee for any returns will not be reimbursed by UGB Official Online Store. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. For Hong Kong order, please contact our Hong Kong Store for exchange issue. For overseas order, shipping fee is needed while exchange.
